If it ever breaks, we'll remake it.

Send back most of the original beads (especially the gold accent bead) with proof of purchase and your bracelet is remade and shipped within 5–10 business days.

What do I send to start a claim?

Email your full name and proof of purchase, a photo of the broken bracelet if you have one, a short description of what happened and confirmation that you'll send back the beads. Expect a reply within 2–3 business days with the return address.

Why do you need the original beads?

Each crystal bead is unique. Reusing them keeps the remake true to your original and keeps the process sustainable.

What if beads are missing?

If major beads or the gold accent bead are lost, a small replacement fee may apply. You'll always hear about it before anything moves forward.

My bracelet feels loose. Can you resize it?

Yes. Send it back with all the original beads and it will be restrung to your preferred fit for $10.

How do I make my bracelet last?

Roll it on and off your wrist instead of stretching it wide, keep it clear of keys and zippers and take it off before showering, swimming, or sleeping.
